Privacy Policy

Effective June 10, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Frontier App Labs LLC, the company that operates YardVision Pro (“YardVision Pro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and contractor software platform (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Who this policy covers

YardVision Pro is a tool for landscaping and outdoor-service contractors. We handle two broad categories of information:

  • Your account information — data about the contractor or business that signs up for and uses the Service.
  • Your customers’ information — data you enter about your own clients and properties (names, contact details, addresses, photos, notes, quotes, and appointments). You control this data; we process it on your behalf to provide the Service. You are responsible for having the right to provide it to us.

2. Information we collect

  • Account & profile: name, email address, password (stored hashed), business name, phone number, business address, website, and service area.
  • Content you upload: property and yard photos, satellite/aerial imagery, measurements, blueprints, and design generations created through the Service.
  • Customer/CRM records: the client contacts, notes, tasks, quotes, proposals, and appointments you create.
  • Payment information: your subscription is billed through Stripe. We do not store your full card number; Stripe processes and stores payment details under its own privacy policy.
  • Usage & technical data: generation counts, activity and audit logs, session information, device/browser data, IP address, and error diagnostics.
  • Cookies: we use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and, where applicable, a referral-attribution cookie. See “Cookies” below.

3. How we use information

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the Service and its features (design generation, measurements, quoting, CRM, scheduling).
  • To process your subscription payments and manage your account.
  • To send transactional emails (account verification, password resets, quote and proposal delivery, receipts, and important notices).
  • To secure the Service, prevent abuse, enforce limits, and debug problems.
  • To improve and develop new features.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your uploaded photos or customer data to train our own models.

4. AI processing of your content

Core features rely on third-party artificial-intelligence providers. When you generate a design, analyze a photo, estimate measurements, or use the AI quoting assistant, the relevant content (such as an uploaded image, address, or project description) is sent to these providers to perform the requested task and return a result. We share only what is needed to perform the operation you requested.

5. Service providers & sharing

We share information with vetted service providers (“sub-processors”) who help us run the Service. These currently include:

  • Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
  • Vercel — application hosting.
  • Stripe — subscription payment processing.
  • Google (Gemini & Maps), OpenAI, fal.ai, and Replicate — AI image/text processing, mapping, geocoding, and satellite imagery.
  • Mapbox — interactive maps.
  • Resend — transactional email delivery.
  • Sentry — error monitoring and diagnostics.
  • Upstash — rate limiting and caching.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

6. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may delete content within the app, and you may request account deletion (see “Your choices”). We may retain certain records as required for legal, accounting, or security purposes after account closure.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access controls, and per-account data isolation. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices & rights

  • Access and update your profile and business information in your account settings.
  • Export or delete content you have created within the app.
  • Request deletion of your account by contacting us; depending on your location, you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information.
  • Opt out of non-essential communications. We will still send necessary transactional emails.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@yardvisionpro.app.

9. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you authenticated and to operate the Service. Where a referral link is used, we may store a short-lived attribution cookie. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

10. Children's privacy

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. International users

We operate the Service from the United States. If you access it from elsewhere, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate.

13. Contact us
